Linear accelerators are high-energy computed tomography systems for large, difficult-to-scan objects. X-ray systems can be implemented for parts up to several meters in size, for example, to scan an entire vehicle. Our modular manipulator unit also allows existing 2D linear accelerator systems to be upgraded to 3D. High-precision manipulators and rotary tables capable of rotating samples weighing several tons in the smallest angular increments guarantee excellent CT results. We tailor the development of your system entirely to your requirements.

E-Mobilität

E-mobility places high demands on X-ray inspection technology. For example, electric motors have a high density due to the materials used, such as copper, sheet metal, magnets, and steel axles. X-ray systems with conventional radiation sources up to 600 kV are unsuitable for this purpose. Alternatively, linear accelerator high-energy computed tomography (CCT) can be used on complete vehicles to inspect installed components such as batteries.
