Die XRAY-LAB GmbH & Co. KG sucht eine ambitionierte und technisch versierte Persönlichkeit als Technischen Vertriebsmitarbeiter mit Sitz in Deutschland, um den weltweiten Vertrieb unserer industriellen Röntgensysteme, Computertomographie-(CT)-Lösungen und Dienstleistungen im Bereich der zerstörungsfreien Prüfung (NDT) voranzutreiben.
In dieser Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für die Generierung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten sowohl für unsere industriellen Röntgen-/CT-Systeme als auch für unsere Inspektionsdienstleistungen. Sie arbeiten eng mit unseren Entwicklungs- und Servicetechnikern sowie der Geschäftsführung zusammen, um Kundenbedarfe zu identifizieren und maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für eine Vielzahl von Branchen zu entwickeln, darunter Elektronik, Luftfahrt, Verteidigung, Medizintechnik, Kunststoffe, Automobilindustrie sowie Gießerei- und Guss-anwendungen.
Der ideale Kandidat bzw. die ideale Kandidatin kombiniert starke Vertriebs- und Geschäftsentwicklung Kompetenzen mit einem soliden technischen Verständnis industrieller Anlagen und Fertigungsprozesse. Sie sind in der Lage, komplexe technische Lösungen mit Ingenieuren, Qualitätsmanagern, F&E-Teams und Entscheidungsträgern weltweit sicher zu diskutieren.

Ihre Aufgaben
- Sie treiben den weltweiten Vertrieb der industriellen Röntgenanlagen von XRAY-LAB, von Maschinen-Add-ons (z. B. POLYCT, Kamera-Inspektionssysteme, KI-Lösungen) sowie von NDT-Prüfdienstleistungen voran.
- Sie entwickeln ein tiefes Verständnis der Technologien, Produkte, Dienstleistungen und Zielmärkte von XRAY-LAB.
- Sie identifizieren, generieren und qualifizieren neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und bauen bestehende Kundenbeziehungen weiter aus.
- Sie steuern den gesamten Vertriebs prozess von der Leadgenerierung bis hin zur Vertragsverhandlung und zum erfolgreichen Abschluss.
- Sie verstehen Kundenanforderungen und koordinieren mit Entwicklungs- und Serviceteams die Ausarbeitung und Umsetzung geeigneter technischer Lösungen.
- Sie führen kommerzielle Verhandlungen und begleiten Chancen bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss.
- Sie bauen langfristige Beziehungen zu Kunden, Distributoren und strategischen Partnern weltweit auf.
- Sie pflegen eine aktive Vertriebspipeline, verfolgen Chancen mit Hilfe von CRM-Tools und liefern regelmäßiges Markt- und Kundenfeedback.
- Sie vertreten XRAY-LAB auf Messen, Konferenzen und bei Kundenbesuchen, einschließlich internationaler Reisetätigkeit.
Ihr Profil
- Sie verfügen über einen Bachelor- oder Master abschluss in Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet.
- Sie haben 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung im technischen B2B-Vertrieb und/oder Business Development in industriellen oder technologiegetriebenen Märkten.
- Sie sind in der Lage, Kundenanforderungen zu verstehen und technische Anforderungen in wirtschaftlich tragfähige Lösungen zu übersetzen.
- Sie bringen starke Präsentations-, Verhandlungs- und Beziehungsaufbaukompetenzen in einem internationalen Geschäftsumfeld mit.
- Sie verfügen über eine selbstmotivierte, unternehmerische Denkweise sowie eine strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise.
- Sie sind bereit, für Kundentermine, Messen und Vertriebsaktivitäten zu reisen.
- Erfahrung in den Bereichen NDT, industrielle Inspektion, Elektronik, Luft- und Raumfahrt, Verteidigung, Energie oder verwandten Industrien ist von großem Vorteil.
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (Muttersprache oder Geschäftsfließend) und verhandlungssicheres Englisch sind erforderlich.
- Ebenso ist die Bereitschaft erforderlich, im Büro in Sternenfels, Deutschland, zu arbeiten.

- Implementation of service applications on our industrial computer tomographs (CT) and x-ray systems.
- Documentation of the test results and preparation of application reports
- Presentation of the test results

Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience
