Job Specification
- Implementation of service applications on our industrial computer tomographs (CT) and x-ray systems.
- Documentation of the test results and preparation of application reports
- Presentation of the test results
- Creation of offers according to customer requirements
- Processing and tracking orders of our customers from first offer through final report
- Carry out feasibility analysis and studies
- Presenting our company through direct communication with our customers
- Participation in the organization and implementation of new projects
- Participation in events and trade fairs
- Helping the marketing team to identify potential sales and creating marketing content
- Networking
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to visit our German Headquarter for education and training (2-3 months)
- Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Must be well organized and possess problem solving skills
- Positive attitude and a good sense of humor
- Ability to work in a high energy, fast paced team environment
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Social and communication skills, assertiveness and autonomous and responsible work ethic
- Knowledge in the field of non-destructive testing and/or with x-ray analysis is desired, but not required
- Ability to speak German is desired, but not required
